Police suspect carbon monoxide killed seven people in their villa in Laiguangying, Chaoyang district, the Beijing Times reported Wednesday.

The property owner of the villa is Yang Sanjun, a businessman from Taizhou, Zhejiang Province.

Chen Bo, a cousin of Yang's wife, told the paper the seven people who died included Yang, Yang's wife Chen Junlian and their 7-year-old daughter.
