Best of Tianjin 2012 Awards

 Recently, the Best of Tianjin 2012 Awards, sponsored by IntermediaChina, took place at the Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel with more than 600 guests from a diverse range of industries based in Tianjin and throughout the rest of China.

The prestigious event is an award ceremony for the brightest star in Tianjin's community. Awards are open to all manner of companies, from corporate industrial giants to educational institutions and NGOs. The awards ceremony judge's panel consists of experts from industry, civil society, government and academia, as well as members on the board of IntermediaChina. Awards are given on the basis of social impact, environmental policy and business acumen.

"Our aim in holding this award ceremony is to motivate and inspire rather than just celebrate. By providing a platform to show what the best companies and individuals can do, we hope to help other organizations that need the insight and knowledge that the winners of the Best of Tianjin awards provide," said Juan Silvestre, Chairman of IntermediaChina.
