A construction site in Fengtai district caught fire at 3 pm Monday, leading to flames on the body of Yongding Tower, an iconic building for the Ninth China (Beijing) International Garden Expo which will be held in May.

According to the fire department's Sina microblog, the fire was put out  at 7:15 pm and nobody was injured.
