Many major hospitals in Beijing have launched measures for the patients' convenience, the Beijing Morning Post reported.

At Tongren Hospital, an LED screen at an entrance allows patients to see clearly which experts are available and guides them through the process of seeing a doctor. At Anzhen Hospital, appointments for ultrasounds and NMR spectroscopy can be made within three days, and all departments now have an 24-hour standby system.

At the Capital Institute of Pediatrics, interdepartmental limitations on registration have been lifted, allowing any patient to sign in at any registration counter.
