Waiters for the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum have been taught 484 steps on how to serve a meal within six minutes of it being cooked, reported the Beijing News.

More than 73,000 people will be eating at different dining rooms at the China National Convention Center during the forum. Cafeteria will be the main dining system during the forum, serving a menu of Western dishes, in addition to traditional Chinese food like Peking duck, dumplings and spring rolls.
