Poland announced Tuesday plans for new anti-terror measures following the deadly Brussels attacks.

The anti-terror law work draft assumes a series of measures targeting at potential threats, including increased surveillance of foreigners, prolonged detention up to 14 days of individuals suspected of terrorism, possibility to immediately expel foreigners and close borders, possibility to conduct search round the clock, quicker access to any data base for relevant services etc.

Interior Minister Mariusz Blaszczak ensured that the regulations are "very precise, clear and guarantee security of Polish citizens."

The bill will be presented to the government in early April, so that parliament may examine it and, after the debate, adopt it in May, Blaszczak added.
