The Ministry of Supervision of the People's Republic of China is responsible for the supervision work in the country. It supervises law enforcement, incorruption and efficiency of the State Council and its personnel as well as that of the people’s governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central People's Government. The ministry has the rights to deal with supervised matters under the jurisdiction of supervisory organs of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central People's Government. It also has the right to deal with supervised matters under the jurisdiction of supervisory organs at all levels.
