Chery's New Tiggo

Chery Automobile launched the new Tiggo at the 2010 Chengdu Motor Show on Friday and the new model is priced between 86,800 to 115,800 yuan.

The new Tiggo comes in 10 different versions with three types of displacements, including the 1.6L, 1.8L and 2.0L engines. The 1.8L version is equipped with MT and AMT, and the 1.6L version features a 5-speed manual transmission.

The new 1.6L version comes loaded with Chery's independently-developed supercharged engine ACTECO 1.6S with 110kW power at 5,500 rpm and 205 Nm torque at 3,500 – 4,500 rpm.
