- If the brightness of all 300 million televisions in China can be tuned down to medium, we can save 5 billion kWh of electricity annually.
- Not only energy is saved by tuning the television screen to medium brightness, our eyes are also better protected.
Global warming has brought about the frequency and intensity of typhoons, droughts and flood, as well as the acceleration of glacier melting and species becoming extinct. The cause of global warming is carbon dioxide (CO2) emitted by the consumption of fossil fuels, such as coal and petroleum. This gas is trapped in the atmosphere and causes temperatures to rise.
To save the globe and our beautiful planet, we promote an environmental life with a low-carbon footprint. Let us start with the little things in life!
Remember the formula:
1 kWh electricity = 0.4 kg coal + 4 liters water + 1 kg carbon dioxide + 0.03kg sulfur dioxide
