Li Wancai, mayor of Dalian, gives a speech at the news conference of the Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2009 of World Economic Forum (WEF), also known as Summer Davos, held in Beijing Thursday. The Summer Davos will be held in Dalian from September 10-12.
