The Top Employers Institute (formerly known as the CRF Institute) is an independent organization analyzing employee offerings of significant employers around the world and comparing them against the international standard. Only the world's leading employers are certified as "Top Employers"
Crucial to the Top Employers procedure is that participating companies must complete a stringent research process and meet the required high standards in order to be certified.
The first step to certification is the international HR Best Practice Survey, an in-depth research survey consisting of questions about the company's employee offerings. To further reinforce the validity of the process, all answers are reviewed in detail. This Answer Validation stage includes a detailed survey review and document verification. Also, a random sample of participants take part in an Onsite Validation. Grant Thornton, the external accountant, audits the data provided for the HR Best Practice Survey.
Only the best employers earn a coveted spot among a select group of certified Top Employers and are entitled to use the Top Employers Certification Seal for a year.
The Top Employers certification is only awarded to organizations that, based on our independent research, meet the highest standards in employee conditions and HR management. This selection process is managed very carefully.
The Top Employers Institute globally certifies excellence in the conditions that employers create for their people. Optimal employee conditions ensure that people develop themselves personally and professionally. This in turn enables companies to grow and to develop, always.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, the company has recognised Top Employers around the world since 1991.?
