The Top Employers Institute is proud to present a new certification in the region: the Top Employers Asia Pacific 2014 certification. After the European and African region, this special recognition has now also been made available to the Asia Pacific region.
In order to be certified, participating companies in Top Employers research must meet the required high standards in at least five countries throughout the region.
The Top Employers Institute has just announced the results of its annual research into a large number of employers and their employee conditions in the region. Three employers - Technip, Sabic and Valeo - were successfully awarded the exclusive Top Employers Asia Pacific certification, showcasing their dedication to the development of employees across borders.
Each country division of Top Employers participated in the HR Best Practice Survey and completed the research process. Each of the organizations awarded regional certification demonstrated a forward-thinking Human Resources environment. They are continuously working to improve employee working conditions and leading the way in development of employees.
