Global food and drinks giant Nestlé and domestic Kidswant Children Products Co have launched an intelligent supply chain project known as Nestlé-Kidswant Digital Supply Chain Center (DSCC), said a statement by Nestlé. 

The DSCC is a real-time transparent data center that integrates technology and data. The center can realize visual sharing of data flows, information flows and market insights. Therefore, enterprises can perceive consumer needs more quickly, and then ensure efficient and accurate responses.

Innovative materials

A memorandum of understanding was signed on Tuesday by China's Guangzhou Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine to establish a new material parallel lab, said domestic newspaper Science and Technology Daily.

Based on the lab, the two sides will jointly promote the setting up of an innovative advanced material center that will focus on basic research on innovative technology involving new materials, as well as the transfer and transformation of technological achievements, said the report.
