Village doctor guards zero-infected area in Hunan

Fan Xungui, 62, has served as the village doctor of Yongzhen Village in central China's Hunan Province since 1980.

Since the novel coronavirus outbreak, Fan has insisted riding his scooter dozens of miles everyday to check the body temperature of the villagers at their own houses, and to teach them the knowledge of the novel coronavirus prevention.

With efforts of Fan and all the others in Yongzhen Village, the village has reported zero confirmed or suspected case since the outbreak.
