Exhibition commemorating 70th anniversary of Chinese People's Volunteer Army's participation in Korean War (1950-53) against the US kicks off on Monday

 
Chinese President Xi Jinping has called on the whole Party and society to respect heroes, learn from and care for them, so as to gather the mighty strength for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks recently in a reply letter to all members of a sanatorium for injured and disabled revolutionary military veterans in southwest China's Sichuan Province.
