The largest golden reclining Buddha in Thailand has been completed and unveiled in Phichit. The statue, magnificently glistening, is 56 meters in length and 16 meters in height. Nippon Paint (Thailand) had been invited to paint the statue, and specially tailored their "Gold Paint System" for it.

Nippon Paint (Thailand) worked closely with the authorities and monks throughout the three-year construction period. Nippon Paint (Thailand) brought to bear its cutting-edge technique and customized painting service delivery to assure the successful completion of the project.

Nippon Paint combines technology that gives superior performance to the paint film as well as a customized service delivery.

Its strength stems from its extensive presence in both the decorative and industrial segments. In the decorative space, Nippon Paint now focuses on delivering a complete paint system from the substrate up, thereby delivering complete assurance to discerning customers of complete peace of mind as far as performance of the paint system is concerned.

This is coupled with the thousand-color palette that Nippon Paint offers to customers, thereby living up to its promise of refreshing your lives.

Nippon Paint has continuously pursued scientific and technological innovations. Nippon Paint (China) recently developed and launched its"self-cleaning paint," which is designed to preserve exterior walls of buildings exposed to the harsh natural environment.

Nippon Paint "Spot-less Odor-less All in One" is the world's first hi-tech stain-proof paint integrating the Teflon surface protecting technology of Du Pont. This is a technical advance from paints that "can be cleaned with some reasonable force and some chemical detergent."

Additionally, over the past two years, Nippon Paint (China) has successfully developed the its proprietary CyGlaz technology for automotive vehicles, and general industrial applications. CyGlaz combines a tough coating that is resistant to scratches, chemicals and gasoline, and at the same time gives an attractive outward appearance.
