An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.8 jolted 9km WSW of Tamayong, Philippines at 01:11:20 GMT on Thursday, the US Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 22.0 km, was initially determined to be at 7.1 degrees north latitude and 125.3 degrees east longitude.
