A funeral prayer service was held in the Libyan city of Tarhuna, some 90 km south of the capital Tripoli, for 12 newly-identified bodies which were recovered from mass graves recently.

They "were ambushed, kidnapped and killed after being tortured ... Search continues in the mass graves for more bodies," Isa Haruna, head of the Libyan Human Rights Organization in Tarhuna, told Xinhua.
