Chinese technology giant Huawei announced the launch of its HarmonyOS-based new products that cater to the smart home experiences. This is a further step toward smart home market in its acceleration for product innovation.

Despite the US sanctions that have temporarily disrupted its mobile business line, the technology company has never stopped developing new product designs and diversified product types, ranging from mobile phones to TV sets, with great upgrades.

One highlight of the new products launched on Thursday's event is the smart screen V series, which the company said has a smart screen certified by HDR Vivid, which is the first of its kind. The whole series adopts a 120Hz high brush 4K screen that supports HDR peak brightness of up to 1000 nits, which compared with the static HDR standard, can present richer colors and layers and improve the contrast of light and shade, according to the company.

Based on continuous upgrading of experience in multiple fields, including "Smart Eye" for AI applications, Huawei Smart Screen will increase value with different consumption experiences of users of electronic devices, Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei's Consumer Business Group, said while presenting the new products at the online launch event.

While advancing their products, Huawei holds an open stance for cooperation, which is also reflected on the joint design of the sound system for its new smart stereo with the French audio brand Devialet, marking the first cooperation between the two sides in this field.
