China's three top tenors, Dai Yuqiang, Warren Mok Wah-yeun and Wei Song, will start their 24-city tour in Zhuhai Grand Theater in South China's Guangdong Province on May 2 to eulogize the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

The opening ceremony for the tour was held in Beijing on Wednesday. This year is the 100th anniversary of the CPC as well as the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Three Tenors as a cultural brand.

They will visit cities such as Shanghai, Shenyang in Northeast China's Liaoning Province and Taiyuan in North China's Shanxi Province.

The three musicians have planned new performances for the concerts, including some foreign songs.

The three tenors, including Mok from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, have performed at more than 100 concerts around China since October 2011.
