Well-known for his poetic style of calligraphy, Chinese artist Shen Peng has continued to seek inspiration from China's ancient poetry. A new exhibition at National Art Museum of China is offering visitors a chance to get a glimpse into the 90-year-old renowned artist's career.

A total of 80 artworks, including 20 works Shen donated to the museum in 2019, are on display at the Never Late to Learn the Way exhibition alongside some texts and documentary materials.

According to Wu Weishan, president of the museum, Shen's donation to the museum helped enlarge the museum's collection and allowed them to be seen by more people.

The exhibition is set to run until May 23.
