A new exhibition featuring the works of eight architects and three artists kicked off at the Taoxichuan Art Museum of The Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA).

It aims to present a dialogue between architects and artists on the topic of rural vitalization and convention. Seminars and discussions about problems and difficulties encountered in rural construction will also be held.

According to Lü Pinchang, head of the Ceramic Art Research Center at CAFA, such an exhibition is a significant examination of how architects and artists can work together to contribute to the development of rural areas in China.

The exhibition is set to run until August 6.
