Video of a man washing his hair with shampoo while waiting for a green light on his motorbike amid heavy rain recently attracted attention online. 

The man from Nanjing, East China's Jiangsu Province, is seen in the video that was filmed by a driver behind him calmly massaging his head with shampoo, without a shirt on. 

When asked about the situation, the man told the traffic police that he did this to relieve his bad mood after it had suddenly started to rain while he was swimming outdoor in a local park. 

"I was thinking why not 'fight back' at this awful weather?" remarked the man. 

He was later educated by the police on the dangers of not wearing a helmet and driving with shampoo foam on his head, and received traffic penalties for the rule-breaking behavior. 

"Lucky him to bring the shampoo in his bag!" one netizen joked on Sina Weibo.
