Sina Weibo account of Sina South Korean entertainment news posted a video on Monday about an interview to Lisa, member of the South Korean hit girl band, Blackpink, as the star released her first solo album "LALISA" on Friday.

The interview with the South Korean star happened after the social media platform had banned dozens of accounts of fan clubs for irrational fundraising.

The Sina Weibo account of one of Lisa's fan clubs has also been suspended for 30 days, since September 5, for publishing content that promotes irrational support to idols. Some fans are worried that the measures might affect sales of Lisa's new album.

Lisa shared stories about the production of the music video and the album during the interview. She said that members of Blackpink often called her and sent messages, in a bid to encourage her to finish the album.

Lisa said that she wishes that the album and her music can give power and confidence to her band.

When asked about what she would tell herself if she could go back to the time when she was a trainee, the star noted that she would tell herself to move forward and say: "you have done a good job."

Lisa's Chinese fans supported her post. "Look forward to your performance of the new songs!" one Sina Weibo user commented.
