A: Did you know that sitting for a long time can make a person feel low?

你知道吗,长期久坐会让人情绪低落?

A: Research shows that middle- aged women who sit for more than seven hours a day are more likely to get depression than one who sits for less than four hours a day.

有研究发现,一天久坐七小时以上比一天坐四小时以下的中年妇女更容易表现出抑郁症状。
