A new exhibition in Guilin, Southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, shows how artworks from young artists remain harmonious with nature.

The ongoing Kuei-Lin Art Festival with Wang Sha as producer and Lu Zhengyuan as curator features works from 20 young artists including Fu Zhongwang, Zhang Yongjian, Zhan Wang and Gao Xiaowu as well as seven resident artists like Zheng Dongmei, Wang Mao and Wang Enlai.

According to the organizer, the festival aims to boost the local art atmosphere and its tourism with efforts from these young artists.

When explaining the festival's theme Endless Green, Lu said that in traditional Chinese culture, landscapes have always been an eternal dream for Chinese scholars that forms a special lifestyle and turns into a spiritual homeland.

During the three-month exhibition, the festival will also host dramas and dances and musical performances.
