A tree fell due to heavy snow in Yongzhou, Central China's Hunan Province, and blocked traffic on February 22. A high-school student, Zou Wanting, on her way home encountered this tree and tried to remove the tree for safety concerns. A video of the girl moving the tree has gone viral online.

""I just want to remove the tree so everyone can go home early!" Zou said. The girl was rewarded with a bonus of 5000 yuan for her positive energy on Monday and said she would save the money for her schoolwork. Zou's mother explained to the media that she hopes that Zou can keep a kind heart after this special experience. 

Zou's kindness was highly appraised by Chinese netizens, with one commenting that "such a caring child is the future of our country."
