The construction of bridge deck ancillary works from the No.4 casting yard to Tegal Luar Station of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway (HSR) has been completed, creating favorable conditions for the next-stage track-laying work.

As long as 11.02 km, the bridge deck ancillary works from No.4 casting yard to Tegal Luar Station were led by China Railway International Co., LTD., and constructed by China Railway No. 4 Engineering Group Co., LTD.

Due to careful organization, the construction task was finished with a high standard in only 30 days, despite the influence of the rainy season.

With a design speed of 350 km per hour, the railway built with Chinese technology will cut the journey between Jakarta and Bandung, capital of Indonesia's West Java province, from more than three hours to around 40 minutes.
