Can you imagine someone riding a horse across continents and trying to return to China from Europe?

A young man surnamed Xu, from Heze, East China's Shandong Province, set off from Spain in February and planned to ride all the way back home. For half a year, he has traveled 2,500 kilometers by way of France and Belgium, and now he has arrived in Holland with his horse. Xu said he needs a year more to arrive at the Chinese border in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. He will spend another half a year going back to his home in Shandong.

On Friday, Xu sent his greetings to his relatives in the Shandong dialect through a video and wondering if everything at home was all right. The video shows Xu and his horse have been to many places, including grasslands, beaches, and old towns. Netizens think Xu is amazing for taking such an incredible trip and is on his way to realizing it. Some also wondered how the horse could be fed and how Xu could take care of himself and the horse on such a long trip.
