Recently, a group of college students who major in health services management in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, organized a "regimen club," which attracted a lot of fellow students. A club organizer, surname Yang, said that in just one morning, 30 new members were recruited, the majority of whom were from the post-2000s generation. They formulate healthy recipes for the prevention and treatment of acne, insomnia, or chronic diseases and hold activities such as playing chess, drinking tea and exercising. At present, health preservation is no longer the concern of just the elderly. In fast-paced, stressful city life, young people's lifestyles have become increasingly unhealthy. Staying up late and eating fast food is a daily routine. Coupled with a lack of exercise, physical discomfort is inevitable. People can feel that many body functions gradually change and decline with age. Meanwhile, some diseases are becoming common in young people, such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. As young people continue to raise awareness on healthy habits, regimen is expected to become more and more popular among young people in the future.
