Recently, a video of a high-school student from Shenyang, Northeast China's Liaoning Province, who quickly drew a world map by hand has attracted wide attention on social media. The video, shot by his class teacher surnamed Tao, shows that he stands in front of the blackboard and confidently draws the map with poise and ease.

"I saw a world map on the blackboard when I finished a class," said Tao. "After I knew that it was drawn by a student, I asked him to do it again, and amazingly, he finished the map in just two minutes by memory. I think he is awesome."

Netizens commented that he is really a genius and admired his intelligence since it is hard to remember all the islands on Earth correctly. Others said when they were in school, they also worked hard in geography, but they don't remember the knowledge anymore after graduation.
