After receiving a report that an 8-year-old autistic child had gone missing in Nanchang city, East China's Jiangxi Province on February 17, the local police immediately went to the scene and mobilized local residents to find the kid jointly.

After searching for nearly six hours, there was still no sign of the child. The police analyzed the situation and climbed onto the rooftop of a building again, playing the music from the cartoon "Peppa Pig."

Soon after, they heard the faint voice of the child calling out from above the staircase. The police immediately jumped down and rescued the child. It was discovered that the child had come to the rooftop alone, climbed up the stairs, and accidentally fell at the top of the staircase, getting trapped behind a wall, so the mother couldn't find the child despite searching on the rooftop.

After a thorough check, it was confirmed that the child was unharmed. The police safely handed the child over to the family members.

Some netizens commented that the police playing Peppa Pig's music to find the child was very clever, while other netizens suggested that family members could place a locator on the child to prevent the child from going missing again.
