When asked to comment on US President Donald Trump's recent remarks claiming that "ties with Beijing have improved" and the Chinese government has "been very fair on our trade deal," Mao Ning, spokesperson from China's Foreign Ministry, said on Wednesday at a regular press conference that regarding China-US relations, China has consistently approached and handled bilateral relations based on the principles of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence, and win-win cooperation.
