Some foreign media outlets have claimed recently that China is now test-flying another tailless stealthy combat jet, one that is different from the two types of alleged sixth-generation fighter jets that were first spotted in December last year. Foreign media speculated that this new aircraft could be a crewed fighter or a loyal wingman-type drone. 

The US' new tariffs on 69 trading partners are set to take effect on Thursday. Targeted countries not only include the US' close allies such as Japan and South Korea, but also important emerging economies in Southeast Asia. What impact will such high tariffs have on these countries? And what are the broader implications for global trade? With his last Sina Weibo post 11 days ago recounting a poignant childhood memory of witnessing the Battle of Taierzhuang, Cho-yun Hsu, a historian born with a disability yet later revered by generations, passed away on Monday in the US at the age of 95, according to multiple media sources, including the Xinhua News Agency.

At a recent pop toy show in Beijing, after detailed consultation, Russian collector Ilya Popov enthusiastically shook hands with a Chinese toy designer to finalize a 15,000-yuan ($2,070) purchase. Speaking to the Global Times, Popov praised China's dynamic consumer market and shared his perspective on the Chinese collectibles scene: "Artists here are trying to work together, but at the same time, each focuses on different aspects - like sorting everything into separate buckets based on design or rights. For most of us, if something works out, that's good enough."
