On October 23 REPT BATTERO unveiled comprehensive strategic new products at its inaugural Brand Day, across its three major business segments, which are energy storage battery, commercial vehicles traction battery, and electric vehicles traction battery. 

Upgraded Synergy in Energy Storage Cells and Systems: Building a Benchmark for High Safety and Long-Life Cycles

During the event, REPT BATTERO introduced three major products — the 392Ah Energy Storage Cell, 588Ah Ultra-High-Capacity Cell, and the Powtrix® 6.25MWh System — focusing on three core pillars: energy density, safety, and system integration efficiency.

The newly released 392Ah Energy Storage Cell is an all-scenario performer. With compact dimensions and a single-cell capacity of 1.25kWh, it significantly reduces the number of cells needed for the same energy output — thereby cutting system costs, simplifying structure, and enhancing integration efficiency and operational safety.

For greater capacity and longer lifespan applications, REPT BATTERO also introduced the 588Ah Ultra-High-Capacity Cell. This product achieves both capacity expansion and efficiency improvement while maintaining safety, extending its application into utility-scale and Commercial and Industrial (C&I).

At the system level, the Powtrix® 6.25MWh system features a high-integration cluster-level architecture, achieving an energy efficiency of up to 95.5%. It supports 2A active balancing and stable operation across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 60°C, meeting the demands of complex environment such as high-seismic regions. The system also successfully passes CSA/ANSI 0800:25 Large Scale Fire Test, proving zero thermal propagation — further reinforcing system safety.

4C Ultra-Fast Charging and Solid-Liquid Fusion: Building a High-Energy, High-Efficiency Next-Generation Power System for Electric Vehicles

In the electric vehicle traction battery segment, REPT BATTERO launched three breaking battery products aimed at PHEV, EV, and emerging smart mobility applications under three guiding principles — high safety, strong performance, and full-scenario adaptability.

With range-extended and hybrid vehicles becoming increasingly popular, the company debuted its Wending® Range-Extended Electric Battery. This 4C Ultra-Fast Charging Battery performs reliably from -40°C to 60°C, achieving an average 4C and peak 6C charging rate — allowing an 80% charge in just ten minutes. It delivers over 4,500 cycles of long-term stability, combining fast-charging capability with extended lifespan to eliminate range anxiety.

The Wending® 4C Ultra-Fast Charging Pack reduces BMS occupancy by 67% and achieves a 70% volume utilization rate, offering excellent spatial efficiency. With an energy density of 140 Wh/kg, it balances rapid charging and energy storage needs. Featuring zero-thermal-propagation design and robust thermal protection, the system ensures operational safety. A multi-channel cooling plate maintains temperature differences within 5°C, enhancing cell consistency and lifecycle predictability.

For next-generation new energy platforms, REPT BATTERO also launched the Wending® Solid-Liquid Hybrid Battery, adopting a dual-phase electrolyte system that balances energy density, safety, and durability while maintaining strong scalability. The Wending® Manganese Battery, with core innovations in single-crystal cathode formation, in-situ doping, and multi-phase lithium supplementation, achieves dual benefits of cost efficiency and platform compatibility — becoming a preferred power solution for cost-effective EV and PHEV platforms.

In emerging applications such as eVTOL and humanoid robots, REPT BATTERO unveiled the Wending® High-Nickel Solid-Liquid Hybrid Battery, delivering higher energy density, stronger power output, and wider temperature adaptability — extending the frontier of high-power battery technology.

Comprehensive Innovation in Electric Commercial Battery Solutions: Building Distinct Competitive Advantages

Addressing the pain points of new-energy heavy trucks operating in multiple duty scenarios, REPT BATTERO launched six differentiated products under the theme of "higher capacity, greater integration, and longer lifespan," offering comprehensive solutions for long-haul, heavy-load, and urban logistics applications.

The new-generation Pack-F integrates 600 kWh of ultra-high capacity with 1.5C direct-charging capability. It features high-strength structural design and collaborative thermal management, passing four times the GB/T 31467 national vibration standard and 72-hour IP68 dust- and water-resistance tests, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty truck platforms.

The all-new Pack-S adopts a frameless design with Z-direction seamless connection technology, increasing usable volume and boosting system energy from 400 kWh to 455 kWh. The result is reduced height, lower vehicle load, and improved installation flexibility — delivering "more energy at the same price." The dedicated heavy-truck chassis battery pack adopts a low-center-of-gravity layout with 80% integration efficiency, significantly improving stability during high-speed turns and creating a "large yet steady" power platform.

To tackle "payload loss" and "recharging stress" in trunk market, REPT BATTERO launched the LFP 268Ah Ultra-Fast Charging Battery, supporting sustained 4C charging — providing 240 km of range with just 15 minutes of charging. With optimized thermal control (≤ 50°C, Δ ≤ 3°C), it ensures safe, efficient operation and helps customers increase revenue by up to €36,273 over five years — "every extra trip earns more profit."

For cost optimization, the LFP 324Ah Long-Life Battery extends life from eight years/1.2 million km to ten years/1.5 million km — 30% above the industry average — reducing maintenance frequency and total cost of ownership while enhancing vehicle uptime.

For heavy-load and long-haul transport requiring both high energy density and fast ROI, REPT BATTERO unveiled the NCM Battery. Offering major breakthroughs in performance, safety, and cost, the 800kWh version reduces weight by 1.5 tons and pays back investment within 1.8 years, generating €24,182 in five-year profit. The 1,000 kWh version cuts 2 tons, shortens payback to 1.5 years, and delivers up to €36,273 profit — creating "higher earnings, faster returns."

Safety innovations include positive-electrode passivation, metallic impurity capture coating, and radical scavenging — enhancing intrinsic cell safety. At the system level, the proprietary "Venturi Safety System" integrates aerospace-grade nano-insulation, six-dimensional arc protection, oxygen-blocking channels, graded micro-porous venting, and intelligent BMS early-warning for all-round safety.

Backed by Tsingshan Industrial vertically integrated global resources, the NCM Battery uses self-supplied high-nickel cathode materials (nickel, cobalt, graphite, etc.), ensuring stable supply, cost control, and sustainability — strengthening REPT BATTERO's industrial resilience and competitiveness in commercial mobility.
