Chinese customs authority announced on Friday that it will reinstate export qualification of three US soybean exporters, effective from November 10.

China's General Administration of Customs announced on Friday it has decided to repeal Announcement No. 30 of 2025 (on the suspension of imports from three US soybean exporters including CHS Inc).

The move follows an evaluation of the corrective measures taken by the US side and is in accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and international standards on phytosanitary measures. Starting November 10, 2025, the soybean export qualification of the three companies will be reinstated.
