Lisa Su, chair and chief executive of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) led a delegation of senior executives to visit Lenovo Group's global headquarters in Beijing on Tuesday, Global Times learned from sources.
Photos circulated online showed that, accompanied by several Lenovo executives, the AMD team toured a range of the company's latest products and technology achievements, including humanoid robots.
This was not the first interaction between Lisa Su and Lenovo Group. In March 2025, Su visited China, with Lenovo being the first company she called on upon arrival. Subsequently, the two parties announced multiple collaborations in the AI PC domain and pledged to deepen their cooperation in AI servers.
AMD and Lenovo Group jointly serve multiple global leading cloud computing and AI cluster clients, including Microsoft, Meta, and Oracle.
Lenovo Group will host its Tech World innovation conference on January 6, 2026, at the iconic Sphere venue in Las Vegas. The event will showcase the company's latest AI products, service solutions, and the phased implementation outcomes of its hybrid AI strategy. Notable attendees will include Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang and AMD Chair and CEO Lisa Su, reported thepaper.cn on Tuesday.
