When asked to comment on reports that a Danish shipping company has claimed that it will temporarily take over the operation rights of Panama terminals, after Panama's Supreme Court previously annulled a contract granted to a subsidiary of CK Hutchison to operate two Panama terminals, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said on Monday that we have stated our stance on questions related to Panama terminals.

China will firmly protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of Chinese companies, Lin said.
