Top 10 sedan models, manufacturers in July, 2010

The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) released on August 11 the top 10 sedan  models and their manufacturers in in July in terms of  sales.

According to the data, the German brands performed very well in July, with Jetta, Santana, and Lavida ranking top 3. Among the domestic brands, only the F3 of BYD grasped a position in the list. Sales of the the listed brands models in July are totaled 163,000 units, accounting for 25 percent of the total sedan sales.

Sales of Shanghai GM, Guangqi Honda and FAW Toyota increased sharply in July with others' their counterparts' down compared to the last month. The sales of the listed brandsautomakers in July are totaled 435,200 units, accounting for 66 percent of the total sedan sales.
