Zotye 'not to be' at Guangzhou Auto Show

Due to insufficient new models, Zotye Auto will be absent from the Guangzhou Auto Show, which will be held from December 21 to 27 this year, released the company's promotion department.

Ever since the acquisition of Jiangnan Auto in 2007, and the buy-out of a series of vehicles from Fiat, Zotye had been performing well until things started to head into decline following the launching of the Perla series.

A high official from Zotye had publicly announced in 2007 that the company would launch 8 kinds of new vehicles, including mini cars, commercial vehicles, MPVs, and family cars within three years. However, the company seems to have been on a slow-down after the launches of Zotye 5008, Perla, and the upgraded version of Zotye 2008.
