Chery exports 10,505 vehicles in January, up 132.5%

Chery remained the nation's No.1 domestic automaker in terms of exports volume this January with a monthly exports reaching10,505 units, up 132.5 percent year-on-year, 19.2 percent month-on-month.

Statistics showed that the automaker's cumulative sales overseas has totaled 480,000 units by January. The number is expected to exceed 500,000 by the end of Q1 this year.

Chery has managed to reach an export volume of 92,000 units last year, up 93.2 percent than that of 2009. The company has stood the first place of auto exporter for 8 years consecutively.

Currently, the Chinese automaker has 12 production plants worldwide and a global marketing network involving over 1000 dealers, which enables the company's vehicles to be exported to over 80 nations and regions.
