Changan Suzuki new Alto
Market entry date: September 16, 2009
Price: 44,900 yuan to 58,900 yuan ($6,574 to $8,624)
The dimensions of the car are 3,500 x 1,600 x 1,470 mm, with a wheelbase of 2,360 mm.
The new Alto will adopt a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder k10b engine and feature 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic transmissions. It can provide a maximum power of 52kw and the maximum of torque will reach 90 Nm at 2,500-3,500rpm.
The new Alto is the only one A00 mini car which has passed the European new car assessment program (NCAP) test in China.
