Gallery Weekend Beijing, one of the highest profile art events in the capital, will return to the Beijing's five art districts on March 13-20, 2020. A total of 23 local galleries and six nonprofit art organizations will host a number of events in areas such as the 798 Art District, Caochangdi Art Zone and Huajiadi.   

Wang Yifei, director of Gallery Weekend Beijing, said that "we hope to present these important galleries, art organizations and studios to the public through their visions and art creations. In this way, we can inspire more and more art potential and vitality." 

Additionally, two young curators will be introduced in the festival's public art and new force sections, which aim to act as a bridge between the public and art. 

According to Gallery Weekend Beijing's Wang Yanling, they will work with Zurich Art Weekend to boost cultural exchanges between the two cities through events including exhibitions and talks.
