A seminar about the book series Study of People's Republic of China's Economical and Social Development (1949-2018) published by the Huazhong University of Science &Technology Press was held in Beijing on Wednesday. 

According to the experts at the seminar, as a book series marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, these books provide a chance for readers to learn about the accomplishments and process of China's rural development, tourism, industries and 11 more areas.
