A: The pandemic in Europe and the US is pretty serious. I really feel bad about those Chinese overseas students who are studying overseas. Do you think it would be better for them to return to China?

B: I think coming back would be a big risk. They shoud think carefully about it. Just like Chinese experts have said, if they come back, how will they continue their studies; if they don't come back, they need to think about how to protect themselves. 

我觉得回国也有很大的风险,还是应该慎重考虑。就像是中国专家说的,如果决定回来,那他们的学习怎么进行, 如果不回来,如何在那边做好防护措施。
