Hebei postpones 4th session of 13th Provincial People's Congress in Shijiazhuang

Hebei has postponed the opening of the fourth session of the 13th Provincial People's Congress scheduled for Jan 25 in virus-hit Shijiazhuang due to the recent surge of the coronavirus outbreak.
