Tencent attains broadcasting rights for Tokyo and Beijing Olympic Games

Chinese internet giant Tencent has reached an agreement with China's Media Group to broadcast the Tokyo Summer Olympic Games and the Beijing Winter Games in 2022, Tencent announced on Friday. 

Through the collaboration, the Shenzhen-based Tencent will provide game-relevant videos and interactive content through its platforms for millions of users on news channels, streaming site WeSee and WeChat, its social media platform.
