Shenzhen, a mega-city in South China's Guangdong Province, reported its fourth confirmed COVID-19 patient on Sunday. The source of infection remains unclear.

The case that was screened out from key groups has brought the total confirmed cases in Shenzhen to four as of press time. Those cases were in the same transmission chain, said officials with the Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission at a press conference.

The person worked at Luohu district and lived in Longgang.

A total of 767 close contacts have been tracked and some other 500 secondary close contacts were also quarantined.

Affected by epidemic, some regions in the city were labeled as medium-risk areas and long-distance bus stations were suspended. Some other cities in Guangdong also suspended trains to Shenzhen.
