State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Shenzhen Municipal in South China's Guangdong Province issued a statement on its official WeChat account on Tuesday, saying that Shenzhen Zhenye Co. was not found to have economic relations or business dealings with the woman in a viral parking dispute and her enterprises.

Zhang Xiaozhong, who was involved in the parking dispute, is a member of the Party Committee, secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and chairman of the board of Supervisors of Shenzhen Zhenye (Group) Co., Ltd., a listed real estate company under State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Shenzhen Municipal, according to the statement.

Zhang did not register his marriage after his divorce in 2017, Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission said in the statement, noting that if they will find out any other issues related to Zhang, they will be dealt with in accordance with laws and regulations and it will be announced to the public.

A video of a woman claiming to be willing to drive 50 Bentleys, a British luxury car brand, to block another car in her parking space has become a trending topic on Weibo, attracting more than 66 million views.

The video shows the woman claimed her parking space has been occupied for a month and asked the owner to move the car, saying that otherwise she would have to drive 50 Bentleys to block the parking space. In the video the other person insisted it is a public space and refused to move the car and the situation soon led to a fierce argument between the two.

Moreover, it has been reported that the "husband" of the woman in the video, the "secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and chairman of the board of Supervisors of a state-owned enterprise," is Zhang Xiaozhong, a member of the Party Committee, secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and chairman of the board of Supervisors of Shenzhen Zhenye (Group) Co., Ltd., a listed real estate company under State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Shenzhen Municipal.

State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Shenzhen Municipal earlier issued a statement on its official WeChat account on June 5, saying it attaches great importance to netizens' concerns about the parking dispute.

Media quoted a staff of the Shenzhen Zhenye's secretary office who said that Zhang Xiaozhong, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Shenzhen Zhenye, was indeed involved in the parking dispute, according to the company's preliminary investigation on Monday.

The woman in the video, who claimed to drive 50 Bentley cars to block another person in her parking space, is in a relationship with Zhang and is not his wife as was widely rumored online, a staff of Shenzhen Zhenye's secretary office added.

The woman, who is the owner of a Bentley car involved in a parking dispute, said on Monday that the video circulating online was maliciously edited. She said she acquired the parking space when she bought the apartment and also has a contract for the right to use it.

Other residents of the community where the parking dispute took place just want to keep raising the incident to pressure the property management and developer to make more parking spaces available, media quoted the woman.

According to Shenzhen Zhenye's 2021 annual report, Zhang received a pre-tax annual salary of 375,000 yuan ($56,200) from the company and was not paid by affiliated companies.

"The market price of this house is over 180,000 yuan ($27,000) per square meter, and the actual transaction price of the four-bedroom to the five-bedroom house is between 25 million yuan and 32 million yuan," said a real estate agent in the community where the woman lives.

Additionally, residents living in the community said that there have been many disputes over parking spaces here recently.

The employees from the property management office said the parking space indeed belongs to the woman. A local government official said it had held several meetings on the matter and the police had also already intervened.
