When asked if the Chinese Foreign Ministry can confirm that an all-Korean K-pop boy group Epex will perform in Fuzhou, Fujian Province on May 31 and to explain why there has been no such concert by an all-Korean K-pop group in China for 9 years, the spokesperson Guo Jiakun said on Tuesday that he is not aware of the specific details of the performance mentioned. 

"What I would like to emphasize is that we maintain an open attitude towards conducting beneficial cultural exchanges and cooperation with South Korea. We hope that the South Korean side will work together with China to promote the development of exchanges and cooperation in various fields between the two sides," Guo said.
